About Us

Built in the early 1970's, our community has 147 individual townhomes located on approximately 8.5 Acres. We have over 2,100 feet of roads, 23 buildings, and 44 detached carports accessible from back patios. Our amenities include a large, heated swimming pool and a greenbelt that is centrally located within the property.

Our complex is also conveniently located within 1 1/2 miles to the beach, Huntington Harbour shopping center, Harbour View elementary school, Weider Park, and the Bolsa Chica wetlands.
