Board packets are distributed to board members prior to their monthly meetings. They are usually sent one week prior to the meeting and are prepared by the management company and contain the agenda for the meeting, backup materials for agenda items, draft minutes of prior meetings needing approval, a monthly financial report, delinquencies, member correspondence, ARC requests, etc.
